Grant Hamel

Grant Hamel has been a highly qualified and experienced coach and therapist for over three decades. He feels privileged to have inspired people towards clearing their limitations and unlocking their possibilities.

Trained in Coaching (Life and Business Coaching), Time Line Therapy® (TLT Master) and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP Master & Trainer of NLP), he enables people to heal themselves mentally, emotionally, and physically through positive psychology, neuroscience, and accelerated learnings.

Having been a member of numerous therapy boards of standards ABNLP, COMENSA, IMI, ABH and as a member of the Association for NLP (ANLP), Grant strongly believes that adherence to ethical and legal standards is vital to ensuring a safe environment for clients to grow, develop and heal.

Making a difference in his community has been core to his life, expressed through seasoned experience as a counsellor at LifeLine for over 20 years, chairperson of ChildLine, and as an active listening volunteer at Samaritans. He grew an extra heart when his daughter was born, and loves his family time walking with his wife, dog (and yes cat), as well as reading, swimming, and cycling.

He inspires everyone he meets, encouraging them to grow, think more clearly and transform to living the life they choose, desire and deserve.
